Bintu is 39 years old, married, and has two children. In 1998, Bintu established her cosmetics business. She began her business to assist her husband. Her business is located in the outskirts of the city and her main customers are women. Working seven days a week, 11 hours a day, she earns about 800,000 SLL a month.
Bintu is requesting a loan for 4,000,000 SLL, which she will use to increase her cosmetics stock level. She hopes that this loan will increase her number of customers and her profits. In the future, Bintu plans to educate her children to university and finish their house, together with her husband, at Waterloo village.
