Zurab lives in the village of Didvela in the Baghdati district. He is married and lives together with his 35-year-old wife, parents and three children, who are all going to school. The total income of the family is 900 Lari per month, which comes from agriculture activities. In particular, they have six cows and a vineyard. They milk the cows to make dairy products and sell it locally. From the harvested grapes the family makes wine which is also sold locally at the markets. With the requested loan Zurab plans to build a greenhouse, where different kinds of vegetables will be grown seasonally. He will purchase wood and polyethylene materials for covering the greenhouse and with a little part of the credit he will buy seeds for the vegetables. Later he will grow and harvest the product and then sell them at the markets. The profit will be used for reinvesting and developing his agricultural business and Zurab will have more income to provide his family better living conditions.
