Samuel is 25 years old and married with two school-going children. He has a retail shop that he has been operating for the past three years, and it has been profitable.
This is his first loan term. He plans to use this amount to buy more stock of goods to sell in his business, including bags of rice, sugar and bundles of maize flour. He also plans to buy more stock of soft drinks, juice, cooking oil, cooking fat, detergents and boxes of bar soap.
Samuel hopes to grow his retail business and open a wholesale or a mini-supermarket, and to make more income so as to provide a good education for his children.
