Yong is 44 years old and is married with four children. She lives with her family in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. Yong is a housekeeper and her husband is a rice farmer who makes 3 USD daily. Three of her children are employed and earn about 10 USD each day.
Yong is requesting an 1,100 USD loan to purchase cattle to raise and breed. She will use her loan to improve her family’s finances and earn more income to support her family. In the future, Yong would like to run grocery store at home and help her youngest child earn a bachelors degree.
