Don Ismael tiene cuatro empleados a los cuales les da empleo de forma temporal y algunos de forma permanente, es una persona seria y trabajadora su propósito es mantener su taller funcionando para así generar más empleos en la zona.
Don Ismael sus clientes son las personas que construyen casas y personas que se encuentran en el extranjero y mandan remesas a sus familiares para que compren estos productos para construir sus propias casas.
