Mbui is 34 years old, married and lives with his wife and five children in their home in the town of Samburu. He operates a livestock business buying cows and goats for resale at a profit, a business which he started over 15 years ago. He gained customers over time due to the high quality of his products and now has a solid customer base. He is requesting this loan to buy a balanced diet for his cows, because he relies on them to make a living and to have enough income for his family. He is grateful to Yehu Microfinance because he will be able to buy more food for his cows so that they have a higher production and in this way he can offer more to his customers.
