Swaib started his business way back in 2007. He lives in Rubare town, Kahaama village. His first wife has been paralyzed for five years now.
Swaib has come for a loan of UGX 3,000,000/= to enable him to buy manure to add in his banana plantation. He will then be able to boost his production and, therefore, make enough sales to help him raise enough money to cater for his children’s school fees and take care of his wife. He will also be able to raise enough food for his household as well as his dependents.
He is excited about the partnership with Kiva, through Ugafode Microfinance Limited. In the photo, Swaib (on the left) is with the Ugafode Microfinance Limited staff member.
