Chan Khon is 38 years old. She is married and resides with her husband and three children in the province of Kampong Speu in Cambodia. She is a housekeeper. Her husband is a construction foreman who makes an income of $10 daily.
In order to improve her family’s finances, Chan Khon is requesting a loan of $1,000 to purchase more construction tools for her husband to use in his work. This purchase will enable him to bid for bigger construction projects. In the future, she would like to expand their business and send her children to a good school.
