Melba is a 41-year-old ambitious married woman living in the Binguang province of Isabela. Melba decided to venture into the transport business. She started as a vendor, but, through hard work, she has been able to buy her own motorcycle and to buy land.
She now wants to ask for a loan amounting 20,000 PHP to buy spare parts and for the maintenance of her business. Melba hopes that her business expands so that she can give the needs of her family.
