Anna, who is in her late twenties, is single. She has been running a food vending business for three years. She works from 4 am to 4 pm daily, and is able to make a fair monthly profit.

This will be Anna's fourth loan from Tujijenge Tanzania Ltd. She used the previous loans to buy more stock of food, to buy a cow to produce and sell milk; and to enlarge the place where she sells her food. She has paid back all her loans successfully. With the profits earned, she has managed to buy a sofa set and cover her household expenses. She dreams of building her own house. She will use this loan to buy more stock of food and to start selling water, juice and sodas.

Anna will share this loan with her loan group "Muhogo" which has 11 members who will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
