Yusuph, who is in his mid-30’s, is married and has two boys of whom one goes to school and the remaining is still too young. He has a motorcycle transportation business commonly known as bodaboda in East Africa. He has had this venture for a period of two years now. Daily he works from 06am to 08pm and is able to make a fair monthly profit.
This will be his 4th loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. With the previous loans he paid them back successfully and he bought fuel and serviced his motorcycle. With the profits earned he bought a plot of land where he dreams to build a nice family house. He will use this loan to add to his saved amount to buy a new motorcycle. He dreams to own more motorcycles and a nice house.
He will share this loan with his loan group "CRANE " which totals 15 members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
