Margarita Eusebia's story

Margarita is 68 yeas old and lives in the city of Pisco with her husband and their three children, who she loves and are her principal motivation in life. She is a kind, hardworking, and enthusiastic person, who together with her husband make a lot of effort to help her family succeed. Unfortunately, due to a lack of financial resources and a need to work at a young age, Margarita was not able to study Business Administration at university. In her free time, she likes to bake delicious desserts to share with her family.

By her own initiative, with a lot of effort and dedication, Margarita works at her small business selling groceries and drinks. She works every day for about ten hours and believes that it is going well because of her good prices and the kind treatment she provides to her customers.

Margarita is very grateful to the Kiva lenders, since thanks to the help they provide, she will be able to purchase a larger quantity of merchandise such as rice, sugar, beans, milk, drinks, candy, and other items. This will allow her to have a better stocked store so that she can assist more customers. Margarita will continue working and striving to achieve her dream of having her own mini-market.
