Leslis es una mujer emprendedora de 38 años de edad, maestra de educación primaria que educa y enseña día a día el pan del saber a los niños de su comunidad con una gran experiencia en esta rama por mas de 12 años. Ella cuenta con el apoyo moral y económico de su esposo con el cual tiene 2 hijos en el área agrícola es específicamente en la producción y cultivo de café juntos tiene un hogar bien formado y estructurado ya que con su esposo e hijos realiza actividades para un mejor bienestar económico y familiar. Ella aprendió y se dedica fuera de sus actividades escolares al cultivo y producción de café hace 10 años misma actividad enseñada por sus padres que ayudaron a que ella cumpliera su meta de ser maestra de educación. Ella es una mujer que ante sus vecinos familiares y amigos se ha caracterizado por su gran trayectoria como mujer trabajadora, luchadora, responsable y honesta.
