32-year-old Ivonne has made a living from designing and making children’s clothing for six years, ever since she decided to put her creative abilities to the service of her community. Later she added lingerie, which, together with the children’s clothing, she sells to her customers every day in cash or on credit. Her market has been growing gradually and she has been operating on accounts receivable, but it is not sufficient to respond appropriately to her clientele. This is the reason she is applying to credikiva for her second financing through Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, with which she will buy fabrics, a closet, and an overlock sewing machine. Her goal is to position herself in the local market and advance to the national market. Her intention is to achieve this dream through work and persistence; although she works without support from her family, she is sure she can achieve her goal..
