Tursun was born in the village Orke, which is in the south of Kyrgyzstan. She is the mother of six children - two sons and four daughters. Tursun is 53 years old, and she was born into a simple farmer's family. Since childhood she helped her mother with the household and loved doing household chores.

After finishing school she got a job at a local collective farm as a laboratory assistant for dairy products. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the dissolution of collective farms, Tursun and her husband started working with livestock breeding. They started this business with 5,000 som (KGS). Currently Tursun has two cows on her farm.

To further increase the number of livestock, Tursun turned to the organization "Bai Tushum & Partners" for a loan in the amount of 30,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of a dairy cow. This will increase the income from the sale of dairy products. With the income, she plans to further expand her business.

Турсун родилась в селе Орке, что на юге Кыргызстана. Мать шестерых детей - двух сыновей и четвырых дочерей. Турсун 53 года, Турсун родилась в простой семье фермера. Она с детства помогала маме по хозяйству и любила заниматься домашними хлопотами. После окончания школы устроилась в местном колхозе в качестве лобаранта молочной продукции. После развала СССР и распада коллективных хозяйств, Турсун вместе с мужем начали заниматься животноводством, начав этот бизнес с 5,000 kGS. Сейчас в хозяйстве Турсун имеются 2 коровы. Для дальнейшего увеличения поголовья скота, Турсун обратилась в компанию «Бай-Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 30,000 сом (KGS) на приобретения одной дойной коровы для увеличения доходов от реализации молочных изделий. За счет доходов, она планирует дальнейшее расширение хозяйства.
