Zakia
Zakia is a 29-year-old married woman and a mother of four children. For about 10 years, she has been doing hand embroidery. She makes beautiful patterns for the people of her community. Her designs are much in demand and she has managed to establish a client base that allows her to earn money to contribute to the expenses of her home.

To help her to continue her operations, she has requested for a loan of Rs. 25,000 to buy spools of threads of different colors, packs of beads, sequins and stones for embellishment. By doing so, she would be able to more consistently cater her designs to more customers. She is hopeful that she will be able to increase her income by targeting more customers. Zakia dreams of her children's bright future and of expanding her business in the near future. She is very much thankful to Kashf Foundation for its tremendous support.
