Mr. Phalla S., 26, and his wife, Mrs. Sreynoun Ngoun, who live about twenty kilometres from Phnom Penh, were married in 2004 and have one daughter.
Mr. Phalla has been motor trailer taxi (Tok Tok) driver in Phnom Penh for two years. His trailer is broken and he needs some money to buy a new one. Phalla is requesting this $700 to purchase a trailer to replace the old one, so that he can continue driving a motor trailer taxi.
