Zaum is 44 years old, married, and has four children. To earn a living, she runs a salon; she has been in this business for the past 13 years. She also earns extra income by conducting hairdressing training in her salon for a small fee. With the income from her business, she is able to pay school fees for her four children and cater to their basic needs. One of them is already self-reliant.
Zaum wishes to open other outlets of her business in the future. She needs a loan of 53,156 KES to buy cosmetics and hair braids.
