El tiene experiencia como chef la cual adquirió cuando trabajaba en uno de los hoteles de la ciudad, ahora ya tiene 3 años de haber establecido su propio negocio de venta de comida. El negocio lo tiene en su casa y atiende a sus clientes por la tarde y noche. Vende chuletas y carne a la plancha. Ha obtenido varios préstamos en ODEF para mantener su negocio. Actualmente solicita el séptimo préstamo para comprar los insumos necesarios al por mayor y ahorrarse gastos por compras y va comprar unas laminas de zinc para arreglar el techo de su casa. Su plan a futuro es tener su casa remodelada.
