Pastor acquired his experience as a chef by working at one of the hotels in the city. Three years ago, he established his own business where he sells food. The business is located in his home and he attends to his customers in the afternoons and evenings. Pastor sells chops and grilled meats. He has obtained several loans from ODEF in order to maintain his business.
Pastor is currently requesting his seventh loan so that he can buy necessary supplies in bulk, which will help him save on his expenses. He will also buy zinc sheets so that he can repair the roof of his house. His plan for the future is to have a remodeled house.
