Dios con Nosotros Communal Bank is made up of nine members, seven women and two men, fathers and mothers who have 20 children in their care. They're from Malpaisillo, located in the western part of the country.

These members are responsible and hardworking people with a desire for personal self-improvement. Unfortunately none of them were able to pursue a university education due to lack of financial resources. They had to work from a young age so they could help with the household expenses. This is why they want a better future for their children.

The coordinator of Dios con Nosotros Bank is Rosa Andrea, whose job is selling pastries and pies, which she does with great pleasure because it has been her way of life and that of her children. Her work routine is to sell her pastries and pies on foot some 10 hours a day with a basket on her head that weighs about 10 kilograms.

The goal of this loan is to invest in working capital and stock her business buying and selling products such as rice pies and meat, cheese, and other pastries, so she can have better income in the near future.

Dios con Nosotros Communal Bank is grateful for the help that Kiva lenders give to low-income people and poor countries such as Nicaragua so they have a decent means of work.

El banco comunal Dios con nosotros, está conformado por 9 integrantes, siete mujeres dos hombres, padres y madres de familias con 20 hijos bajo su responsabilidad. Son originarios de Malpaisillo, lugar que está ubicado en la zona de occidente del país. Estos integrantes son personas, responsables, trabajadoras, con ganas de superación responsable. Lamentablemente ninguna pudo cursar una carrera universitaria, por falta de recursos económicos. Desde muy joven tuvieron que trabajara para ayudar a los gastos del hogar. Por lo cual desean brindarle un futuro mejor para sus hijos.
La coordinadora del banco Dios con nosotros es Rosa Andrea, tiene por actividad económica la venta de pasteles y empanadas, actividad que la desempeña con mucho gusto, porque ha sido la forma de vida y la de sus hijos. La rutina de trabajo de esta mujer es vender de forma ambulante, unas 10 horas diarias con un canasto en su cabeza de unos 10 kg ofreciendo sus pasteles y sus empanadas. El objetivo del crédito es invertir en capital de trabajo y surtir su negocio en la compra y venta del producto como pasteles de carne, de pilla, de quesos, empanadas de arroz. Para que en un futuro no muy lejano obtener mejores ingresos. El banco comunal Dios con nosotros agradece la ayuda que los inversionistas kiva le brindan a personas de escasos recursos y países pobre como es Nicaragua para tener un medio de trabajo digno.

Additionally, Fundación Leon manages several business and financial education programs in the community, specifically for young entrepreneurs and at-risk youth.
