Françoise
Françoise is a 41-year-old woman, unmarried, and the mother of four children, from 4 to 25 years old. She is a merchant, and for two years, she has been selling staple foods retail (cassava, plantains, yams, and fruit) according to the season at a local market. She has good knowledge of suppliers, and especially of her customer base, which she acquired over time, thanks to her experience in this domain.

But she constantly finds herself short of inventory, since she is compelled to sell all of it in order to get more. This is due to her meager capital. She would like to purchase a pick-up truck of plantains and bananas to have a good inventory, thus allowing her to satisfy the constant customer demand and to avoid shortages. She will save her profits not only for expanding her business but also for meeting the needs of her family.
