Germaine is a 26-year-old woman, unmarried, and the mother of three children. She is a merchant, and for fifteen years, she has been selling staple foods retail (tomatoes, oil, onions, …) at a local market. She has good knowledge of suppliers, and especially of her customer base, which she acquired over time, thanks to her experience in this domain.

But she constantly finds herself short of inventory, since she is compelled to sell all of it in order to get more. This is due to her meager capital. She would like to have more crates of tomatoes and containers of oil for a good inventory. This will enable her to satisfy further the constant customer demand and to avoid shortages. She will save her profits not only for expanding her business but also for meeting the needs of her family.
