Le groupe And Téral est composé de 5 membres qui font du commerce. La dame Rokhaya est la présidente du groupe ; elle est mariée et mère de famille. Elle s’active dans la vente de poissons frais qu’elle achète en ville pour aller revendre au village. Elle a une expérience de plus de 20 ans dans ce domaine. Elle épaule son époux dans les charges de la maison : nourriture, scolarité.
Avec le crédit, elle pourra diversifier les produits et services qu’elle offre, améliorer les conditions alimentaires de la famille et faire face à quelques besoins sociaux.

This loan is administered by UIMCEC, a Kiva Field Partner in Senegal since 2008. UIMCEC is a government-regulated microfinance institution whose mission is to improve the revenue and well-being of families through access to financial services, allowing principally women and young adult micro-entrepreneurs living in rural and semi-rural areas to develop their revenue-generating businesses and supporting them in becoming financially self-sufficient.
