Mwanaisha lives in Likoni and has a food stall in her home. She says that she has an established clientele. In addition, Mwanaisha states that her husband is a businessman and he contributes to the family's basic needs. She is an enterprising person who looks to provide better stability for her family each day. Mwanaisha and her husband want to provide the best for their family, so they strive to make this happen. Her goal is to continue growing and expanding her shop. Mwanaisha is requesting a loan so that she can invest in the purchase of beverages, vegetables, fruits, milk and other products to keep her food stall stocked.

This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
