Leo is from Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. He is married and the father of four adult-aged children. He is 60 years old. He is separated from his wife. He was alone raising his children. Apparently, the children are in college now.
Leo is in an agriculture business, planting and harvesting vegetables for sale. He plants vegetables like ampalaya, squash, root crops and others, and during the harvesting period he sells the vegetables to his contract buyer in the market. Leo has been in this business for about two years and earns about 4,200 PHP each month. He is also still engaged in manufacturing lampakanay (rope made of sea grass).
He is requesting a loan in the amount of 10,000 PHP to purchase seedlings and fertilizer. Fertilizer here is very important for the good nourishment of the vegetable planted. This is the fourth loan taken by Leo from GDMPC. He is planning to buy a motorcycle for the fast delivery of his product.
