Alberta is a 57-year-old, married woman from Garcia, Bohol. She has six grown children. For the past 20 years, she and her husband have operated a fishing business together. She earns approximately 15,000 PHP per month. She and her husband use this income to meet their daily needs.
Alberta is requesting a 20,000 PHP loan to buy fishing nets, hooks and floaters. She wants to buy new fishing materials to replace the old ones. Through this loan, she will be able to catch many fish and sell them to her local community to earn more income.
In the future, Alberta hopes to expand her business.
