Aminata
Aminata lives in Senegal. She is a married woman, and has worked in the retail sector for more than five years. The products that she sells are mainly fabrics, ice creams, candies and various other edible products. It is thanks to this business that she has been able to contribute to covering her family’s day-to-day expenses.

Aminata is a member of one of the UIMCEC branches, where she has already had one prior loan. This time she has requested a loan of 100,000 francs CFA, which she plans to use to buy fabric for resale. Her hope is that this loan will allow her to diversify the products sold by her business. In the future, Aminata’s plans are focused on her desire to become a successful retailer selling various products.
