Moh B. is 28 years old and lives with her husband, her four children, and her co-wife in a polygamous family in the district of Heremakono Nord de Bougouni (prefecture in the 3rd administrative region of the Republic of Mali).

She learned her business from her mother at a young age and has total mastery of this business. She has had an association with the micro-finance institution Soro Yiriwaso for five years and has benefited from seven loans, including four individual loans, all of which were repaid correctly.

She gets her supplies at the grand market of Bamako and sells articles at the Bougouni market. With this loan, she intends to buy 15 pieces of Wax-brand cloth and 10 pieces of embroidered fabric (which are very popular fabrics in West Africa). Her customer base is composed of women visiting the Bougouni marketplace. She expects to realize a monthly benefit of 50,000 francs CFA which will enable her to pay the loan interest and to help her husband to cover family expenses.

Elle a apris cette activité dès son jeune âge auprès de sa mère, et a une maîtrise totale de cette activité. Elle est en relation avec l’institution de micro finance Soro Yiriwaso depuis 5 ans et a bénéficié de sept prets dont quatre prets individuels tous remboursés correctement.



Elle s’approvisionne au grand marché de Bamako et vend ses articles au marché de Bougouni. Avec ce pret elle compte acheter quinze pièces de tissus Wax et dix pièces de tissus brodés (Tissus très prisés en Afrique de l’ouest). Sa clientèle est composée de femmes fréquentant le marché de Bougouni. Elle compte réalier un bénéfice mensuel de 50 000FCFA. Qui la permettra de payer les intérêts du prêt et aider son mari à assurer les dépenses de la famille
