Anwari
Anwari is a 41-year-old married woman and a mother of six children. She has been running a business of milk sales with her husband for five years. The man shown in the photo is Anwari's husband. They have two buffaloes to milk and sell their milk to many of their neighbors, along with butter and cheese that they make from the milk. She looks after the buffaloes and performs the task of collecting milk from them while her husband sells it to different places on daily basis. They are happily doing it together to support their family. They need to earn more to meet their everyday expenditures including food, clothing and education. In order to increase profits, Anwari requested a loan of 30,000 PKR to buy one more buffalo to cater to more customers of her community. They hope to increase the production capacity of milk which ultimately helps in generating more cash.
