Eunice is a married woman who lives in Mwambalazi, Kenya. She has three children who all attend school. Eunice operates a timber-selling business and she has been in this business for the last six years. She previously worked as a vegetable vendor. Due to the lack of enough capital to satisfy all her customers, Eunice is applying for a loan of KES 50,000. This will enable her to purchase more timber for resale, thus increasing her income to be able to support her family.
