Lawrence is a 36-year-old married man with four children living in Fort Portal, Uganda. In order to meet the daily needs of his family, he decided to start a produce and cattle business but also supplement the business with farming, which he has practiced ever since he was 20. Price fluctuation and limited finances hinder his business growth. His dream is to own a ranch and farm for commercial purposes. Lawrence intends to use the loan to buy beans to sell.

This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda.
