Lydia is a married woman and has one child who attends school.
Lydia operates a paraffin-selling business. She tells us that she begins her daily activities very early in the morning and returns home very late at night. She says she has been doing this for more than two months. She has her house in one of the neighborhoods in Kisauni.
She is requesting the loan to buy litres of paraffin, the main supply of her business.
She is grateful to Yehu Microfinance for the opportunity this gives her because the loan will be a big help to her.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
