Help Nafisatu expand her seamstress business.

Twenty years ago in Ghana, Nafisatu began sewing clothes for her children as a hobby. But when Nafisatu immigrated to the United States in 2002, she was faced with the question of how to provide for her children while overcoming the language barrier. She turned her hobby into a business and began making clothes to showcase at local African markets and salons. Nafisatu’s clientele has increased over the years and she is now able to provide for her family while doing what she loves, using a trade and style that she learned in her home country. She hopes to one day move her business out of her home and into her own storefront.

This loan would help Nafisatu to buy more fabric to better serve her clients’ demand and to expand her business through marketing.
