Houlèye is 74 years of age, and is still working. She is a widow and has nine grown-up children, the oldest of whom is 45 and the youngest 20 years of age. Some of her children work, and together they cover their daily needs. Houlèye doesn’t like to sit back and watch them work, and this is why five years ago she invested in transportation to be able to support them. She has requested a loan to buy a horse, which she will use to transport people (in a horse-drawn carriage). This loan will enable Houlèye to put some money aside, so that she can provide for her family.
