Fatuma is 40 years old, married, with two children and lives in Likoni, Kenya. She is very hard-working and is always sure to meet her targets.
She owns a general shop where she sells basic commodities, such as milk, eggs, soft drinks, flour, and bread. She also sells perfumes, utensils, and creams. She has been doing this for the last four years, hence, she has improved customer relations. She has now gained a wide popularity in the markets and, therefore, she needs to expand.
Fatuma is approaching us with a loan request amounting to KES 50,000 to stock her shop with sacks of both wheat and maize flour, sacks of sugar, and utensils.
