Maria is a 44-year-old married woman and a mother of six children. They live in Talibon, Bohol. She has owned a sari-sari or variety store business for more than 5 years now. Her husband works as a fisherman. Maria is asking for a loan to buy additional stock to sell in her store like canned goods, rice, soda, soap and toiletries. With this, she will be able to earn a living and help her husband in meeting the needs of the family.
In the future, Maria dreams of expanding her business, saving money for the schooling of her children and to repay her loan.
