Bahati is from Tiribe. She has her own home, with children. She is a very hard-working, responsible and very honest woman. Her husband earns a living selling various products.
Her dream has always been to have a well-supplied general store in order to be able to generate more income and thus be able to have a better quality of life for her and her whole family. With her effort, work and dedication, she succeeded, reaching her goals without any type of problem. Today, she has the shop she dreamed of and she is requesting this loan in order to be able to purchase extra goods including drinks, food products, vegetables and milk. She is grateful for this opportunity that she is receiving.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
