Marcelino es una persona muy joven soltero, él vive con sus padres en una casita muy humilde, con 25 años de edad, desde muy pequeño se dedicó a trabajar en la agricultura donde fue aprendiendo a cultivar diferentes productos como papa, cebolla, maní, frejol, Marcelino no solo se dedica a trabajar sino también a cuidar de su padre, que por la edad sufre de una enfermedad que no le deja trabajar teniendo que reposar cada día en la cama.
Estos últimos días en la comunidad donde viven cayó una fuerte lluvia el cual deterioro su casa por la antigüedad que tiene, quedando en mal estado y en pésimas condiciones para vivir debido a las goteras, Marcelino está solicitando el presente crédito para poder refaccionarla y mejorarla ya que la época de lluvia recién empieza y de este modo poder soportar los cambios climatológicos.
