Tai, 38 years old, is married and has two children, a son and a daughter. His wife helps to support their family through the income she earns from working as a bookkeeper. Tai is a barber and began his barber's shop twelve years ago. They all live in Ho Chi Minh City.
Tai intends to take a loan to buy barber's tools and equipment, such as dryers and razors. The additional tools will enable him to increase his sales. He hopes his business runs smoothly and will help him to improve his living conditions.
