Emna de 26 años de edad, originaria de la Comarca las Canoas, en la afueras de Teustepe, madre de 2 hijos entre las edades de 2 y 8 años, de oficio comerciante, es dueña de una pulpería. Inicio hace 2 años con préstamo que le hicieron las instituciones financieras, y con ayuda de su marido quien también es comerciante el cual se dedica a vender gorras, anteojos de forma ambulante, ambos se ayudan en el negocio, ella necesita agregar más productos a inventario para poder incrementar sus ventas y de esta manera obtener ingresos extras.

Se acerca la temporada escolar en donde la demanda de sus artículos escolares crece y son muy solicitado por sus clientes, es por esta razón que hoy está requiriendo el financiamiento para comprar útiles escolares, como cuadernos lapiceros, borrador, regla, etc. Con el propósito de incrementar sus ingresos y obtener mejores ganancias, sus planes futuros es cancelar el crédito, para luego volver a solicitar otro, unas de sus metas es mejorar la infraestructura del local en donde tiene el negocio de pulpería.
