El señor Felipe tiene 53 años de edad él vive en el Sindicato Puerto Todo Santos a unos 20 kilómetros del Municipio de Villa Tunari de la provincia Chapare, de la ciudad de Cochabamba, el Sr. Felipe trabaja como Agricultor en su propio chaco ubicado en el mismo lugar donde vive. Felipe vivía en la Población de Arque hace como veinte años atrás él tuvo que irse al Sindicato Puerto Todo Santos porque no tuvo ingresos suficientes para poder mantener a su familia, y tuvo que dejar todas sus pertenencias, él se volvió a levantar solo y tomo un nuevo rumbo en su camino, empezó de cero, ahora él tiene dos lotes agrícolas. El préstamo que solicita Felipe es para la plantación de Plátano y Mantenimiento y de esa manera podrá tener un mejor ingreso para su nivel de vida y poder ayudar a su familia, que son lo más importante que tiene.
