Esperanza de 29 años de edad, habita junto a su esposo y sus hijos en casa propia. Es una mujer muy comprometida y responsable además entre sus cualidades están el ser trabajadora y honesta siempre con la visión que a su familia en especial sus hijos no les haga falta nada. Esperanza se dedica al cultivo de granos básicos es decir maíz y frijol vende cierta parte y la otra la deja para consumo propio es así como se gana la vida honradamente. La clienta desea incrementar un poco más sus cultivos y por eso ha decidido solicitar un préstamo a INTEGRAL para comprar insumos agrícolas como pesticidas, semillas, abonos, y fertilizantes y pagar una parte de alquiler de parcela. Ella tiene deseos muy grandes y por eso espera que la ayuda llegue lo más pronto posible y saldarla antes del tiempo previsto.
