Costa is a thirty-eight year old married man with six children living in Kasese, Uganda. For twelve years he has been operating a retail shop. He started the business in order to be able to meet his family's basic needs. Stiff competition and inadequate capital pose a challenge to his business, but he dreams of educating his children and sending them to University, and of owning a wholesale shop. Costa is requesting a loan to pay school fees for his children.
