Hanh, 35 years old, is married and has two children. She lives with her family in a small house in Ho Chi Minh City. For the past 6 years, Hanh and her husband have run a business selling cellphone cards. Hanh intends to take a loan to gradually expand her business by buying a variety of cellphone cards from different cellphone service providers to sell to her customers. She hopes her business runs smoothly and will help her to improve her living conditions.
