Ashot
Ashot is 55 years old and lives in Vanadzor city. He is married and has two sons. The elder son lives and works in the Russian Federation, and his younger son lives separately from his parents.

For a long time Ashot worked as a shoemaker. As Ashot confessed, he had a terrible period in his life – He had taken part in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, and during cruel fights in Shushi and Stepanakert he was wounded. After the war Ashot had a little health problem, but he couldn't stay at home, and so for a long time he engaged in shoe trading in the Vanadzor clothes market.

Now Ashot is a taxi driver. He works with his own car which was produced during the Soviet Union period. Ashot needs a 500,000 Armenian drams loan to buy a new car for his activity.
