Lisset de 38 años de edad vive en el municipio de Malambo, donde tiene una tienda de víveres, ranchos y refrescos desde hace 10 años, cuando ahorraron compraron un lote y lo adecuaron para instalar su negocio, mediante el cual ella realiza sus ventas todos los días desde las 7 de la mañana hasta las 9 de la noche, usando unidades de medidas, que responden a la demanda de su clientela que compra en pequeñas cantidades, de acuerdo a sus posibilidades económicas, en una frecuencia diaria. Para Lisset que su tienda tenga un buen surtido y atender con excelencia a su clientela se ha convertido en su meta principal, porque quiere que su negocio sea la mejor tienda del sector, pero su gran desafío es no tener el suficiente capital de trabajo para lograrlo; esta es la razón por la cual acude a un credikiva, con el cual comprará enlatados, víveres, refrescos tubérculos, verduras etc. Su credikiva proyecta ser una buena inversión, pues ella comprará los artículos de mayor rotación para tener siempre inventarios que la ayuden a consolidarse, porque allí su clientela satisface sus necesidades, deseos e intereses de consumo.
