Scolastica is married and has five children who are all in school. Her business is selling household products. She started this business in order to provide for her family. It is her only source of income. Scolastica is requesting a loan to buy more products so that she can increase her business. She will buy soda, bread, snacks, beans, rice and other goods which her customers frequently request. This will represent a substantial improvement to her business as she will have a wider range of products available and will thereby be able to improve her income.
Scolastica's future goal is to expand her store into a wholesale business. She also aims to make her business profitable so that she can meet the needs of her household.
