Some difficulties which Jose faces working in the salon are crime, a lack of time, and rainy periods. Jose has many aspirations for his business. Therefore, he is applying for a loan to buy a hair dryer and a sofa for men's hairstyles, and makeup.

In an interview, Jose said: "My aspirations and goals for my business in the future are to have the necessary clientele to have a better income, to help my relatives as much as I can, and to offer employment to my friends in order to help them."

José tiene 39 años. Es soltero no tiene hijos. El tomo la decisión de tener su propio Gabinete de Belleza cuando vivía en la cdla. Los esteros, ya que siempre le gusto esta actividad el decidió continuar cuando se cambio de domicilio en la nueva properina.

Jose realiza en el Gabinete de Belleza cortes para damas, caballeros y niños. También hace permanentes para el cabello, peinados, etc. Trabajo con mucho entusiasmo porque le gusta mucho su profesión; los cortes de cabello para mujeres están a un valor de $ 3.50, de caballeros a $ 2.50, los de niños están a $ 2.00.

Una de sus dificultades para hacer su trabajo en el Gabinete es la delincuencia, la falta de tiempo y las épocas lluviosas. Jose tiene muchas aspiraciones para su negocio por eso quiere el préstamo para comprar secadora, sofá para peinar a los hombres, maquilladora.

En la entrevista Jose dijo:
Mis aspiraciones y metas en un futuro para mi negocio tener la clientela necesaria para poder tener más ingresos, y así ayudar a mis familiares en lo que pueda y dar empleo a mis amigos para ayudarlos.
