Juan de 67 años de edad, vive en la hermosa e histórica ciudad de Cartagena, con su cónyuge y sus dos hijos en las edades de 18 y 22 años. Allí mismo tienen un taller, en el cual ofrece servicios electrónicos, como mantenimiento y reparación de televisores, radio, D.V.D, que promociona a través de una valla publicitaria. Su negocio abre las puertas desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 6 de la tarde, a una clientela que ha concentrado entre vecinos de su barrio, de los alrededores y amigos que conocen su oferta y la calidad de su trabajo, y concurren a solicitarlo. En la actualidad Juan ha recibido 5 financiamientos de la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, con los cuales ha logrado, mejorar su negocio y aumentar sus ganancias. Hoy está aplicando a un credikiva con el cual comprará repuestos para televisores, radios, equipos de sonido, y algunas herramientas que le ayudará a mejorar su tarea laboral. Su meta es lograr mucha mas clientela, para aumentar sus ingresos y cumplir el sueño de brindar a sus hijos una educación de calidad, mientras su gran desafío es a su vez mantenerse actualizado en materia tecnológica, pues cada día los cambios son incontrolables y debe adaptarse a ellos, para poder sostenerse en el mercado.
