Taj
Taj is a 39-year-old, married woman and a mother of five children. For 15 years, Taj has been running a business of milk sales. She initiated her own business by buying a cow to support her family when her husband was the only bread-earner at that point in time. With the passage of time, her sales increased, as did her income. Now, she has one buffalo, too. This has all happened due to her courage and determination.

Because of her work, she is respected in her home. She helps her husband in all family matters, as well as financial matters. While talking to the Kashf Foundation officer, she shared the feeling of achievement she got by sending her son to college for further studies.

She has some savings and has applied for a loan of PKR 40,000 to purchase another buffalo. She expects a boost in her business income as she expands her business. She is in her fifth loan cycle with Kashf Foundation, with good repayment history. She is very thankful to Kashf Foundation for its support.
